"Ben bring such a great host really makes this property. He checked in on us prior to arrival and throughout our stay with helpful info. He knew we were travelling with kids and left boogie boards out for us to use. He also learned it was our daughter's birthday and gave her a small gift. It is a rustic property and we appreciated the opportunity to stay somewhere so unique on our trip. We spent some time chilling in the hammocks with a lovely warm breeze blowing through. "If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. "We stayed at the amazing house for a group birthday trip. It did not disappoint! The house was amazing, views were insane, and Prashant and his staff were the best. Prashant even went above and beyond by getting us a delicious cake to celebrate our birthdays and being our photographer (he really knows where the best spots are!) when we were taking pictures before our big dinner. We are trying to figure out our next trip so we can come back again! "

"The property was a 5 - 10 min drive to Avellanas Beach that is beautiful plus enjoyed eating at Lola’s located right on the beach. The house was well equipped with a modern kitchen, all the amenities, including coffee, spices oils, etc. facilitating meal preparation. The rooms were very nice as were the seating areas outside.
