Villetta Dolores is a basic but cozy holiday home with a large outdoor area where you can park the car, relax or eat outside, grill something on the barbecue or use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.  
Villetta Dolores opens into a living room with dining area and sofa bed, modern kitchen with electric oven, corridor, 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

Villetta Dolores is in Torre Lapillo, 600 meters away from the closest beach. It\`s within walking distance from the city centre and its amenities. Porto Cesareo is 6 kilometers away and in Torre Lapillo there re famous beach establishments and free beaches.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
