Nos merveilleux cottages à Portland

« Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....

« Très bien situé assez proche de l'aéroport à quelques minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité .A l'allure d'un motel avec ses coursives intérieures mais avec la sécurité d'un hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambres spacieuses bien équipées. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Merci encore pour le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport ! »

« C'est pratique près de l'autoroute. »

« Super nice Hotel »

« My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox »

« We were here with our 4 grandchildren. We had a great time, the house was clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, which our host Michael called a professional and had it fixed for us that evening. »

« Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms. »

« Pas trop propre. Beaucoup de bruit. Clientèle bruyante. Chambres veillottes. Porte de chambre fermée on vois dehors par le cadre. Attention aux insectes... »

« Accueil plutôt froid. L’hôtel est propre mais a besoin de rénovation. Chambre fonctionnelle. Ok pour une nuit »

« Great stay Great bed good breakfast »

« The pictures online through Expedia, did not accurately describe the condition of the property. The hotel was severely outdated, in need of repairs at every turn, ceiling tiles hanging from the ceiling or with pieces missing from them, hair from the previous guest all over our bathroom floor, when we asked for a couple extra pillows and blankets we were told they had “none left.” Noises from all throughout the hotel can be heard constantly inside the rooms, the cleaning staff began steam...

« It was a good stay. Will stay again in the future »

« Pas très propre »

« Comfortable room, pleasant staff and helpful »
