We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past ten years. Always comfortable beds and nice linens. Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet and nice grounds to walk our dog. Dining options in close proximity.

The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.

Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was convenient but was definitely more limited as the time came closer to closing the breakfast area- understandably. The room was a decent size and seemed clean, some mold or mildew was growing in the bathroom. Towels were readily available upon request, and I imagine that had we asked for it we would have been supplied with sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The AC worked well enough but the room felt humid a lot of the time and I would have liked to have the option to make the ac cooler but there was a sign that asked us not to turn the ac down past 68, so we did not. There was a VFW party the Saturday night that we were there so it would have been nice to know that was going to happen, and if we could have requested a room further from the lobby to avoid the midnight karaoke party that was understandably loud. Overall a positive experience though!

Booked here for a last minute funeral. The room was much larger than I expected and it was quite clean. Definitely the largest breakfast I’ve ever seen at a “free breakfast” hotel before! Was very pleasantly surprised and left VERY full! Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff is great and the location is super convenient (close to highway and main streets going through Lansing) The hotel is in fair shape. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby.

The refrigerator wasn't working in our original room. The front desk staff moved us to another room immediately without any issues. That room was great! Clean. Great rate. They even refunded us when we decided to head home a day early. I would stay there again.
