"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. "We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful property in May. During our stay, our tire on our rental car had gone flat and the staff/team at Domes Zeen went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved with the company (without us even asking). They also had their service/maintenance department come and take a look. The food and service was amazing. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine in the room along with some cookies. The buffet was phenomenal- plenty of options ranging from meats, eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, coffee, mimosas. An additional benefit was that their lobby provides (at no additional cost) some snacks and wine/beer/drinks throughout the day - and you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the lobby! The grounds were very well maintained and the room was stunning. Every day they would do turn down service and bring bottles of water to our room. Close enough of a walk from old town Chania but it is a bit of a distance - maybe 15-20 min walk. It’s worth walking to the old town and not driving as parking may be tough in town. Enough restaurants nearby the hotel as well as some grocery shopping / dessert shops. Overall I would highly recommend staying here! "
