The lower outdoor space is complete w/ a shower, swings, picnic table & charcoal BBQ. Our home is located off a beach access road (Boyt Rd) & is less than 4-minute walk to the beach! With 3 bedrooms/2 baths, the space is perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends looking for a beach getaway! Sleeps & seats 8. Dog friendly!

The Space
Our "Coastal Chic Cabin" is a stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the quiet Ocean Shores neighborhood (barrel 29). This bright 1350 sq ft home currently has no neighbors in lots on either side. It features fun beach décor throughout, an open concept kitchen, dining & living room space with large windows & doors facing the Gulf of Mexico with multiple water views. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 50-inch smart TV, dresser + closet with en suite bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser + closet & 50-inch smart TV. 3rd Bedroom has a King bed with Queen loft and dresser + closet. Living room, kitchen and patio tables have seating that can accommodate all 8 guests together. The upstairs is only accessible by stairs (no lift).

Fully stocked home - everything you need for your stay!
For a worry-free stay, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with peninsula, open concept dining room & living room. The dining table seats 8 guests with plenty of elbow room. The large, walk-in pantry provides you with many shelves to store your groceries! All dishes, utensils & cookware are provided. The laundry room has a front load HE washer and dryer. We supply all linens / bath towels / bedding for guests, and a few beach towels at no extra charge. However, guests may want to bring any additional supplies beyond what is provided. A pack & play, portable highchair and a small selection of child books is provided. We also have a large selection of board games for your enjoyment!

For your stay, you will be provided with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, HE laundry detergent, dish detergent/sponge, hand soaps & garbage bags. You may need to replenish your supplies if your needs exceed what we have supplied.

Cabin has Dish Network, Wi-Fi & tv streaming services, along with a Blu-ray DVD player, 55-inch smart TV & a large selection of DVD movies in the living room.

Outdoor Space
For outdoor living, enjoy a spacious, semi-covered deck with couch, chairs & large dining table for 8 people to enjoy meals outside. Admire the water while enjoying coffee on the couch or feasting at the table. Downstairs has an over-sized picnic table, swings & a park style charcoal grill for those fun grill outs. Beach gear for your use (located in outdoor storage): 6 beach chairs, wagon, small cooler, and sand toys are provided.

Location
Walk to the beach in under 4 minutes or drive with vehicle/golf cart in under a minute. Our house is 10 mins to Bolivar/Galveston Auto Ferry, 10 mins to the BIG Store (supermarket) & 40 mins to Winnie, TX. A $10 beach permit (valid Jan 1 - Dec 31, available at many stores in town) allows you to drive & park on all of Crystal Beach. The beach area by our cabin is much wider from water to dunes & usually less populated.

We welcome you to stay at our home away from home. Both with air conditioning & heat, our cabin can be used year-round! Come enjoy all that this beach cabin can offer!
