"Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement décevant. A part des céréales ou muffins, rien d'autres à manger. Et ce n'est pas un buffet, tout est en petite part individuel. Panne d'eau chaude en arrivant. Réparée à 22h30, heureusement... Même si le reste de l'hôtel est bien situé. Je n'y retournerai pas. "

"L’évaluation de cet hôtel s’avère complexe. Initialement, j’avais réservé une chambre en hauteur afin d’y séjourner avec mon chien d’assistance. Cependant, j’ai été attribué à une chambre située au deuxième étage, qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Fort heureusement, le système de chauffage était défaillant. À 22 heures, j’ai été relogé dans une autre chambre, au même niveau, qui s’est avérée satisfaisante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et la salle de sport impeccable. Enfin, la réceptionniste m’a gracieusement déduit une journée de stationnement en guise de compensation. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation géographique idéale, à proximité immédiate d’une station de métro. "

"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."

"L hôtel est tres bien situé pour visiter Washington à un tarif raisonnable par rapport aux hotels du centre. Metro avec 2 lignes à 5 minutes à pied, et 6 a 8 stations des principaux monuments. L établissement est confortable, propre et dispose de lingeries. Le personnel a l accueil est tres avenant. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner avec un personnel peu sympathique. Et il est censé être possible jusqu'à 9h30, or à 9h10/9h15, il commence a être vidé !! "

"Nous avons sejourné une semaine et nous avons beaucoup apprecié l'accueil,les chambres et le personnel du restaurant pour le petit dejeuner,en plus pour prendre le metro il suffit de prendre l'escalator et vous y etes,les bus sont aussi tres proche"
