Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlichen Service: Nachdem ich mir in einem anderen Lokal eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen hatte, wurde mir hier auf jede erdenkliche Weise geholfen. Das Team hat sofort einen Arzt gerufen, regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob es mir besser geht, und mir sogar Elektrolyte zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Fürsorge und Aufmerksamkeit sind wirklich nicht...

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le dîner au restaurant sous forme de buffet était très bien, avec animation musicale. Notre serveur était d'une très grande gentillesse. Notre chambre était parfaite, avec simplement la salle de bains légèrement en-dessous du standing du reste de la chambre et de l'hôtel. Nous garderons longtemps en mémoire ce très bel endroit. »

« Vraiment un Novotel qui mérite le détour et 4 étoiles, rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, super bien placé, personnel nombreux, dévoué, souriant, avenant, j'ai eu un surclassement de ma chambre en "exécutive", celle ci était super bien décorée et meublée avec du mobilier de style branché et moderne, salle de bain également très bien, bon approvisionnement en consommable, peignoirs, pèse personne...Les parties communes, lobby, salle de restaurant, couloirs sont agréables. Buffet petit déjeuner...

« This hotel was comfortable to stay although there were many families with small children. Some rooms were noisy with children crying before we entered our room so I was little worried about the quietness in my room. But when I entered the room, I didn't really hear them. The reason I didn't give 5 star for cleanness is that plates and glasses from breakfast were not clean especially glasses for cold drinks. « L hotel est super Mais c est uneARNAQUE quant a l emplacement: la carte est mensongere et indique un hotel au centre ville alors qu il est tout a fait a l EXTERIEUR ' dans les champs et introuvable sans gps.et il faut computer 30 min en voiture. Nous nous etions bases sur la carte pour l emplacement de l,hotel,et avons tournes une heure avant de le trouver grace a notre gps du mobile.
