The apartment is on a second floor that can be accessed by lift if desired, and features a spacious and bright living-dining room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. Additionally, it has four bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed, a third with a single bed, and a fourth with a single bed, ideal for families or groups of friends.   
  
On the roof, you will find a fabulous communal swimming pool, surrounded by a cosy terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.   
  
Puerto de Pollensa is the perfect destination to enjoy your dream holiday. You can relax on its beautiful beaches, take long walks by the sea or enjoy the wide range of restaurants and services offered in the area. It is also just seven kilometres from Pollensa, an emblematic town where you can walk along its cobbled streets, climb to Calvary and admire its 365 steps, visit its museums or simply relax with a good book in its peaceful square.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
