« Love the character of the house. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. The only parking available is on the street and that was full the entire time. We had to park down the street and around the corner which was fine. The area of town is so unique. »

« House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here. »

« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »

« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots...
