"I really enjoyed my stay at KASA in Nashville. The location was convenient, and having an in-unit washer and dryer made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. The virtual support team was outstanding. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless, with everything handled digitally. I never had any issues with keys, access, or communication. Whenever I had a question, the team was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The parking was excellent and convenient, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. The surrounding area also felt clean and safe, which made my experience even better. Based on this stay, I will definitely consider booking with KASA for many of my future travels. I highly recommend KASA to anyone looking for a convenient, hassle-free, and comfortable place to stay."

"Hotel location is great, love the pool area although the pool was a bit dirty my last visit. Rooms are large and quiet I didn't hear anything from hallway or neighbors. Staff was very nice however at the end of my stay I needed a luggage cart. I went to lobby there were none available I asked front desk for one and they told me if I didn't see any then they were in use or in hallways. I asked if a staff member could get me one and was told no they don't do that. I had to search all available floors I could access for a luggage cart with no luck. My party had to make multiple trips from the 10th floor to lobby. The hotel over all is great I do feel they nickle and dime you though. The destination resort fee of $50 is a joke. The parking is valet and through a 3rd party so you have to pay them separately they were fast and very friendly."
