### Fantastic Ark minutes away from Nashville

Welcome to Kellysjubilee. Look us up online for more details, including the southern living article which featured the ark and other videos.  
Airbnb is having technical problems and no longer offers any kind of support for its hosts. I’m sorry if the calendar says not updated. Please try the website or contact me the number is listed on our website.  
  
The ark is located on a 50 plus acre property with 7 homes. The land has hiking trails, a labyrinth, a pond to fish, a creek that runs year round.  
  
We have several cool places to rent including a civil war cabin. The Ark that was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine. The treehouse and treehouse mansion are also fabulous. People travel from far away to stay in the fabulous unique spaces.  
We currently live in a four-story lighthouse tower that is being renovated. There is even a meeting hall that seats 50 people plus people.  
  
  
Please note there will be a $150 security deposit hold that will be refunded 5-7 days after checkout if no damages occurred. Prices are for two. All visitors and extra guests must pay $35. Also, we have one outdoor Ring doorbell camera on the front porch at the bottom of the exterior stairs facing the driveway. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We also require a rental contract to be signed via SignRequest before arrival.  
  
We welcome your furry friends. We ask that they stay on a leash and not be left unattended. There is a $100 pet fee on VRBO that must be paid prior to arrival. The pet fee on our website is $50.  
  
There is a private two person hot tub at the Ark. We also have a shared hot tub located about 500 feet away situated on a deck over looking a beautiful creek.  
To make your stay as enjoyable and as safe as possible we ask that you abide by the following rules.  
  
\*Unannounced/ unpaid pets will incur a deep cleaning charge and possible eviction so ensure that if you are bringing a pet, that you select the pet fee option at booking. \* The pet fee includes one pet. Pets need to be on a leash to protect our free range chickens and not left alone.  
  
Any special occasions or increase of occupants including visitors (not included in reservation) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to advanced approval. Extra guests are subject to $35 charge per person and possible eviction if undisclosed.  
  
There are several other vacation rentals on this property. We ask that guests do not invade other people's privacy and look in windows or open doors of other buildings. We are more than happy to give you a tour.  
  
Our cleaning fee is very low . We appreciate you leaving the treehouse in good shape for us. Stripping the bed is much appreciated.  
  
Children must be supervised at ALL times.  
Hot tub hours: 9 am to 11 pm  
Please limit the number of guests in the hot tub to 4 or 5 people otherwise it overflows.  
Please shower prior and don't use oils or lotions.  
No glass or alcoholic beverages in the hot tub.  
Be mindful of noise levels if there are other guests around.  
Absolutely no sexual activity in the hot tubs. You will be asked to leave and not given a refund. It is not sanitary nor considerate to other guests.

#### The Ark was Awesome!

Great experience overall. The Ark was so much fun. Very cabin-like on the inside and boat-like on the outside looking over what felt like our own private 'lake'. Just a really great vibe all around. We loved walking on the grounds, down the logging trail, and down by the creek was especially peaceful. We had excellent communication with the owner, who answered questions very quickly by text. We would definitely stay there again!

#### Amazing Ark!

Loved the unique Ark! We came in late in a torrential downpour and couldn’t miss the irony of the Ark saving us! Our dogs loved the area and my husband, 8 yo daughter, and I slept comfortably and enjoyed waking up to the roosters, waterfalls, and beautiful flowers everywhere! 10/10 will visit again!

#### A much needed vacation!

Beautifully unique structure on a truly peaceful plot of land! A lovely view of a pond, with a nice little hot tub, and a very comfortable bed. Fresh baked banana bread was waiting for us on the table when we arrived, and the walking trails were wonderful.

We had a quick weekend trip to Tennessee and didn’t want to do the basic hotel stay. This whole property is one of the coolest places we ever stayed and so peaceful. Place was very clean and welcoming. The Arc is beautiful and the views are peaceful and calm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

#### Unique stay at the Arc

We stayed at the Arc for a couple days after the 4th of July. What a great little place. The Arc over looks a pond brimming with a lot of aquatic friends. We saw turtles, frogs, fish and lots of dragonflies! There were several other unique stays in the property as well! The owner was able to answer questions quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Tons of chickens wandering about, one tried to follow me in the Arc! The upper deck is perfect for a sunrise or just to over look the lake! #### Unusual but absolutely wonderful

Very comfortable and unique. Had all the creature comforts and an awesome hot tub. Checkin was super easy and beds were pretty good.

#### Ark at Kelly's Jubilee

We gave five stars for everything on the review list. The property was amazing with a pond and water stream by the ark property. The Jubilee has other rental options for various group sizes. The facility is beautiful at night with all the lighting. Such an unique place to stay and very close to restaurants and places to shop.

#### Unlike anything else

We arrived after dark and immediately knew our stay was going to be magical when we pulled in. The whole property was lit up and we could see the ark off in the distance. When we first entered the ark we immediately knew the hosts put in a lot of time and effort into making everyones stay a special experience. Fresh flowers, cookies, fresh eggs and a cozy fire. Everything was perfect. My wife and I had been on the road for 4 days prior and this place was the perfect end to our journey. Everything was provided so you could just come in and feel at home. When it was finally time to pass out, the bed upstairs was so comfortable it made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. I accidentally ended up sleeping way past the time I normally got up just to give you an idea of how cozy this place is. When we woke up we explored the property and literally everything was unlike anything we've ever seen at a vacation rental. I don't want to spoil it so you'll have to come see it for yourself. When we come through Nashville again, we will most certainly be staying here again! Thanks for hosting us!

#### So much better than the VRBO pics/description

Where to begin... We thought it would be rustic but the Arc had all the amenities you could need. Very clean. Bed was so comfy as were the pillows. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Thank goodness she mentioned GPS would lead you stay because it certainly did. Hot tub was perfect and we especially liked the chickens that visited us on occasion. They even left a homemade birthday cake for my arrival! Springfield is minutes away and we had dinner at a couple good places. Don't hesitate! Book any of the properties at Kelly's Jubilee!
