"The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol"

"The property was clean (except 1) but that’s about all you could say. There were many broken items:
1) a blocked sink (with hair)
2) a broken towel rail
3) broken fridge seal
4) multiple missing items from walls (hooks left)
5) WiFi not working
And the footsteps from the tenants upstairs were very loud - even until 1am. Maybe other apartments in this building are OK but this one was poor and not worth the money"
