My reservation stated that I would get free shuttle to/from the airport and 11,100 pesos in credit. I had to waste my time so I could get the free shuttle because the resort wanted to charge me $80 each way, then I was told I could get it for free one way and I could get the other for free if I attended one of their presentations. Neither of those options were shown as options nor was my free shuttle contingent to a presentation. The 11,100 pesos were not given to me either because, again, it was only offered if I attended the presentation AND the monies weren’t available for me to spend as I wish. They were coupon vouchers towards alcohol or for use at the spa/salon and it was $50 off but the spa was $300 . We got the all inclusive but were also limited on what we could order off the menu and not all the restaurants were part of the all inclusive. When I called weeks prior to our arrival, the lady I spoke to told me that I would be able to order room service at any time and again, RS ended at 10:30-11 pm. I passed this information along to my family members who arrived later at night and the front desk was rude, they told my cousin to go around the corner and get food from the street vendors or at another location. I have no complaints about the servers or the cleaning staff, they were all great, very nice, and accommodating. The people at the front desk were rude and need to be better trained in customer service.
