"Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff."

"Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable. "

"Curtains are thin and stiff, unable to block lights. There is only one layer of curtain. Usually hotels/motels have light blocking curtain,the thick layer with dark colar, then 2nd layer is thinner and light for privacy. There is only one layer of beige, unable to block light well. We could not sleep well because of the lighting issue. The air conditioner/heater unit is unbelievable loud. The dials of the temp control on the unit are very stiff. There is no thermostats in the room we stayed, and we had to adjust the dials on the heater/AC many times to get comfortable temp. The first front staff we interacted was unable to speak clear English. We called to ask where the thermostat was located, she said: it is around the corner of the bed. We searched each cotner of the bed, unable to find it. She offered to enter the room and show us. Well, she lifted the cover of the heater/AC and claimed that was the thermostat. It was not around the corner of the bed. One good thing though, the mattress is comfortable. Overall, we do not think we will come back. "
