"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. "Everything was amazing during our stay. Valet and front desk staff were incredible! Walking distance to our event at the paints arena! The bed was uncomfortable and the drinks in the lobby restaurant were over priced but the bar staff were great ! "
