« The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

« The service and quality of our stay at the Holiday Inn was amazing! Very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a beautiful lobby with mountain views created a wonderful experience for our first time in Asheville. Highly recommend! »

« Room was clean. Breakfast was good. »

« Room was so so on the clean department. Just going down to ask the schedule on the room cleaning, and getting towels, resulted in a confirmation, that we must reuse our towels. and there laundry could not support taking two baths a day without reuse. The room had a spider infestation as well. I will say most of the staff are great. But the training is focus so much on corporate goals (And customer service didnt seem to be in that goal set), that it was my worst stay ever. Hotel location is...

« Check-in time is at 4:00 pm but apparently means absolutely nothing. Our room was not ready at the check-in time. We waited 20 minutes, checked with the front desk a 2nd time, and the room still was not ready and was told that “hopefully we’ll get an update soon.” We requested that they call us when the room does become ready. In the meantime, we decided to walk the path around the lake, which took about 1.5 hours, expecting to receive a call before getting back. Upon arriving back to the hotel...

« Wonderful stay! Yummy breakfast and comfortable beds! »

« Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l'hôtel qui était complet à cause de l'ouragan Florence et des Jeux Mondiaux Équestres de Tryon. Les chambres sont calmes, lits confortables, propreté moyenne (pourrait être améliorée dans la salle de bains), petit déjeuner moyen. Un supermarché Ingles à proximité. Je recommande pour le prix. »

« The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...
