"The check-in process has you use a kiosk, even with an employee at the desk. The hallways had a funky smell and hadn't been swept in probably weeks.The room was okay, not particularly dirty. The firmest mattress I have ever tried to sleep on, no give whatsoever under body weight. We checked out at 10:30, no snow plow had done the parking lot. There was 8-9" of overnight accumulation. "
