« The locTipn was quiet and perfect for our 4 night stay. The host was reaponsive and very helpful. The host even had several disposable tooth brushes and other items in the event we needed them. It was a great stay and we would be happy to stay here again! Highly reccomend!! Buckland Hills Mall is only a 10 minute drive and the food in the area is perfect. Woodbridge Pizza gives large portions and has amazing food. Thank you!! »

« The apartment was exactly what we needed to rest between events at Wesleyan. Good communication, fixed an air conditioner and added one prior to our arrival (and it was very very hot. So it was appreciated. »

« A couple of the surfaces were not clean but mostly a clean comfy space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. A nice cozy place to stay once the luggage and groceries are up there. »

« Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. »

« The photos made the property look better than it was. The space wasn’t as clean as I’d expect and it was not very well appointed. There were no hand towels, the microwave didn’t work, there was no ice or way to make ice. It just wasn’t what I expected. »

« Entered the unit. Started unpacking and found a prescription pill on the carpet. Not sure how that would not have been picked up by the vacuum. There was only one bath towel for two people. Bathroom sink looked like it was just wiped down. The chrome around the drain was dirty and could be wiped off with your finger. « Terrible…absolutely terrifying arrival for me… The renter failed to communicate the room number, access code to the room, and/or a useable Wi-Fi connection… I was alone, unable to access my room, and received NO answers when I texted, repeatedly. Again, I texted repeatedly for help. I am 69 years old. Although I texted the “owner” repeatedly for help, I received, NO ANSWER. I was alone, in a strange city, it got dark, and I didn’t have the necessary information needed to access my room. So, I...
