ThaiHappyTour is in the lobby and let me say if it wasnt for them and their professionalism we wouldnt have had such an amazing time. they turned the beds everyday, have mini fridge, ice cold AC. no soap or free toothbrush but its ok because bathrooms are extremely clean! Great NON Squealing Bed 😜 Breakfast isnt out of this world but it can fuel you until your next meal. Good food in lobby restaurant.I had a few problems while staying here. I was on the 6th floor with a street facing room, very small balcony and traffic noise is constant. The lift, when summoned to the sixth floor would stop and the doors would fail to open (unless there was someone in it coming up), walk down the stairs to the 5th floor to get the lift almost everytime. The in house laundry service was not delivered on time (a day late) so if you need to do washing while there, go down to the side street and use the laundry service there. The room itself was ok, badly designed bath/shower with no curtain that leaves excess water on the bath surround and the floor making it slippery and dangerous, taps that are not secured properly and in the main room there was mould in the front corner on the ceiling and under the cornice which had peeled away from the ceiling.
