Whether it be for a family/families getting away for a vacation, or just a couple people, this home is perfect for any occasion! Free high speed WiFi, smart TVs, office space, and media area! Professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest.

Check in was super easy. The house was very clean and for the Fathers Day weekend we rented this location as we live in Surprise and it was close enough fo still go home when needed. The downstairs air never cooled down enough to not be hot while cooking or spending time inside. With it being 115 degrees this weekend, not very comfortable. The upstairs ac unit was very cool, but we couldn’t cook upstairs.. We had really looked forward to the jacuzzi and specifically looked for a home with this. The jacuzzi never filled. We contacted the host about the two issues we had shortly after check in on Friday and didn’t hear back until close to.midnight via email. We were told the downstairs air takes longer to cool down, then the upstairs as they run “autonomously” by Sunday evening we were still waiting. Also the host told us the pool company would be coming out to check the spa. They never came. The listing shows that there is an ice maker to utilize. Ice maker did not work and we ended up just buying our own bags of ice. Ive attached two pics of the spa on two separate days. Other than that, the backyard was great for outdoor fun. Lots of room to spread out inside.

Close to Suprise Stafium

We two boys eager to swim in the so called heated pool. It was not. Owner's book in the house said prior reservation was needed if the pool was to be heated and a cost of 100 would be added. This was NOT in the online reservation information. But the owner (after not responding to our email inquiry did say they would Have the pool company look into it. There was no action taken. Owner said they would give a “partial” refund. We will see. On the good side the beds were comfortable. House was clean. Nice back yard . It is dark inside and could use a little brightening up. But generally fair to good overall.

Perfect and Close to our Grandkids

The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was very timely and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Plus it was conveniently located as we could walk to our son's house and see our grandkids :) Would definitely stay here again!

Not winter friendly

This property was disappointing. The house was clean, but the outdoor space was not user friendly. The spa never got above 54, and when we asked the hosts for assistance, they were curt & then would not respond. We stayed for 4 days, and the hosts would not help. We were not wanting the pool, but we did want to use the spa during our stay.

Very clean and spacious

We stayed here over Christmas and it was very nice and comfortable for whole family to spend time together for the holidays. We will definitely be renting this property again for our family while visiting Arizona. Thank you Gary and Heather for a great experience.

Family time while on summer break

I’m a teacher in Prescott and after staying here earlier in the summer for my brother’s wedding, we decided we wanted to come back for some additional family time. As expected, it was a wonderful week. The house is so beautiful and clean! And Heather and Gary are phenomenal. We will be back again for sure.

Great stay in Surprise!

The property was great. The only issue is we had to clean the pool because of the palm tree seeds that were falling. Other than that it was very tidy and a great place to stay.

Great home in great location

First time in Arizona, fascinating place, very close to what one would imagine a suburb on Mars (if the planet had an atmosphere) to look like. Quirkily positive home, it's hard leaving this place and the whole town of Surprise without feeling some sort of affection towards the place and its inhabitants.

Great Neighborhood and location

House was clean with lots of room to spread out. The work space and desk in the loft is a nice bonus. Nice backyard but we didn’t use it much because it was June and very hot. So, the pool was very warm and not too refreshing. Comfortable beds and house had everything we needed for our five day stay for a baseball tournament.

Weekend wedding

We came down from up north for my brother’s wedding and wanted to be close to my parents. This was the first time we’ve ever used VRBO or anything like it and it was such an amazing experience! If we need a rental again in Surprise I hope that Heather and Gary’s place is available because it will be my first choice. Such a lovely home, and my little guy definitely loved the pool! Thank you so much!

Cleanest house in Surprise!

Extremely good communication with hosts they gave great dorections and nice notebook with instructions We had some troublr heating the pool but that's OK. Lots of things to do!

AWESOME!!

This is our 5th VRBO over the past years & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate, the beds very comfortable, the neighborhood so quiet, very convenient to Costco (10 minutes--- grocery store-----5 minutes & Bell Rd 3 minutes), nice fire pit, plenty of fluffy towels, & the outdoor space excellent. The highlight, however, was the pool. We rented this VRBO because of the pool & it did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 weeks & spent most of our time in the pool or outside area. A few items of note: it took us 5 days to figure out how to regulate the pool temp as it was tied to the spa temp. Took us 5 days to figure out the cook top burners (we thought only 1 burner was working, but when an outside friend was there, got all working. We just were pushing the buttons incorrectly!) Took us 12 days to figure out how to get the local channels on the tv. As an older couple, we probably need more instructions on how things work. Just some suggestions: We really, really wished that there was a table outside. (either a dining table or an end table) as we loved being outside. We made do by bringing out a kitchen chair to set drinks on or books etc. the kitchen was pretty sparse----wished we had a blender (though we had a bullet, that did the same thing, only in smaller quantities), no steak knives ( used the 3 knives for our steaks, but had 4 people)... But, we are used to making do when at a VRBO, so did not downgrade our rating.

Many Great Family Memories in Surprise

This is a beautiful, clean and well-cared for comfortable home. It included many amenities (i.e.kitchen & bathroom items) you do not typically see in a rental property. Kids had hours of fun playing foosball and table pool. It has a beautiful backyard; including pool/hot tub and patio with comfortable chairs and a grassy area for lying in sun or playing games. We'd return in a heartbeat.
