There was worms on the wall. House was in need of a pest control and outside area needed to be cleaned properly, bathroom tapes were all rusty and hard to open and close. When both showers in use the 2nd shower upstairs water pressure completely dies out. Garage remote doesn’t work at times you have to shake it around and hope it works. Only one set of keys were given even though it’s a 3b house and 4 adults. ##### Dave R.
