« Vraiment incroyable La chambre était grande, propre et neuve. Le service impeccable et le petit déjeuner excellent ! Le personnel était particulièrement à l'écoute et gentil. J'ai même eu une chambre plus tôt que prévu car disponible. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment vraiment bon, je vous conseille de le prendre en option il vaut la peine! Vraiment si je dois revenir à New York un jour je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. En plus il est situé près de wall street donc tout est accessible...

"Très bien placé et c’est un bel hôtel par son architecture. MAIS service qui ne correspond pas du tout à un 4\*. Attente très longue au petit déjeuner, pas d’endroit pour se changer avant le Départ , pas d’aide aux bagages, la chambre n’est pas faite alors que jusqu’a 17h personne dans la chambre, etc….bref une réelle déception. La chambre avec vue est inutile car vue sur immeuble d’en face. Trop cher pour le service quasi inexistant et un petit déjeuner hors de prix ! Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Je viens souvent et On trouve mieux à NY ! "

"Environnement très bruyant surtout lorsqu'il y a des groupes étudiants sur le même étage. Couse dans le corridor, claquage de porte et cris. J'ai dû faire intervenir la sécurité car il était passé minuit. Tous les bruits du corridor sont dans vôtre chambre. Dommage car c'est un bel hôtel. "

"Très bon hôtel à Manhattan Downtown. Chambre spacieuse et bien cloisonnée entre espace dédié aux parents et aux enfants. Propreté et calme sont des points forts. Ambiance assez impersonnelle dans le hall mais cela ne dérangeait pas. Restaurant non testé. Hôtel bien placé, assez proche du métro et de commerces de bouchés intéressants. Accueil très professionnel. À retenir pour un séjour à NYC. "
