"This place was so homey and had everything!!! Bathroom soap , shampoo, conditioner ect , Highchair , pack n play , things to cook with ( utensils seasoning pans crockpot) location is in between everything about 15 min away from everything. Beds were super comfortable and house is very updated!! I will say you make want the bathtub drain looked at the stopper doesnt close / plug the water so we just used a washcloth no biggie to us. And the back patio needs a good deep clean / sweep and cleaned...

"We loved this house. We happened to be there during a thunderstorm and the Arkansas Room provided a relaxing room to listen to the rain. My grands loved snuggling in the room with 2 twin beds. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Look forward to staying again in the future."

"We loved everything about this house. My only issue at all was that the way the beds were listed was not correct. The 2 additional beds that were listed as full were (1) futon and the other was just a couch that reclines, which is not a bed and is misleading. So the house has 2 King beds and 1 Queen, and 1 futon. FYI. Otherwise it was a well-stocked, easy check-in, in a pretty neighborhood. We loved the screened-in porch and little creek in the back. I would for sure stay again."

Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice again well stocked. Hot Springs Village is beautiful but be prepared for steep and winding roads. We'll be back."

"This lakefront home is huge, and has fantastic amenities for large or multiple families. There is space for everyone and every age group, including a game room, movie room, several family/living rooms, two dining rooms and kitchens, and several bedrooms. The property manager was very helpful and was quick to reply to messages, and overall, the home was generally clean.
