« Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait. »

« Was assigned a room on the 4th floor. Major construction going on. Doors off many of the room stacked in the hall . Painters painting rooms. Had to walk over their drop clothes to get to our room. Horrible paint fumes. Why would they put customers in the middle of this mess? Insisted and received a different room. The alternate room couldn’t see out the windows due to construction material stack up outside in front if the window. Beware major renovations going on. »
