Sublime apartment located on the ground floor, located in the heart of Paris between rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, 150 m from the Grands Boulevards.  
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants. This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.  
  
The Space:  
Apartment of 42 m2 which includes:  
\- Living room with sofa bed, 1 high table with chairs, Tv, Wifi  
\- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer)  
\- 1 bedroom with double bed  
\- 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet  
  
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

This flat is located in the centre of Paris, just a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil. These are very lively shopping streets, known for their many cafés and restaurants.
