In the living area, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa with amazing Gulf and beach views, providing additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, offering the convenience of cooking at your leisure. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the condo and share your beach memories with friends and family.

Majestic Beach Towers Resort boasts an impressive array of amenities. You'll have access to five pools, including two indoor heated pools and two hot tubs, providing year-round relaxation and enjoyment. The resort also features two hard surface tennis courts, perfect for a friendly game. Beach services are available during the season, allowing you to fully indulge in the beach experience. Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 21 years or older to book. • A rental agreement must be signed after booking
• The gym is for OWNERS only, we apologize about this inconvenience.
• Resort Rules: No pets allowed, with the exception to owners
• This unit comes with 4 wristbands
• Parking: you will be sent a registration link for parking via email. You will then register your vehicle(s), including make/model and color of the vehicle, license plate information, and contact phone number. You will then pay online for the digital parking pass, which is $40 per vehicle, plus $1.46 processing fee. Once you arrive, simply pull up to the gate and a license plate reader will provide access to the registered vehicle.

Don't forget to bring: While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
