Everything you need

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Beds were comfortable loved the set up with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Enjoyed the opened kitchen/ living area and apppreciated the fact that there were plenty of pots and pans that were in good condition to make cooking go smoothly. It’s never fun when there is one scratched up pan to work with. Thank you for sharing your Beautiful well stocked home.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Our second time to stay here! We love this place. It is warm and inviting, yet spacious. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen has everything you could need, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The location is convenient and quiet. We loved watching the snow from the large windows. To top it off, the owners provided great communication and clear instructions. We will definitely look forward to staying a third time!

I did not appreciate not having suitable seating on the patio. There was only one shabby fold out chair that was filthy. I would’ve loved a couple chairs with small table to have my coffee in the morning. Also the temperature in home was freezing. We were coming from warm temps of Texas. This was very uncomfortable to me. I expected the temp to be controlled in the 70’s at least.

This condo is spacious, comfortably furnished, conveniently located, and thoughtfully stocked. Really appreciated the a/c as we had some days near 90 degrees. Would definitely stay here again. There is limited parking as some have mentioned - the garage would hold two compact cars but our truck with roof rack was too tall to fit. We barely fit in the driveway in front of the garage and you are not allowed to let your vehicle hang out into the drive lane. Not a problem for us but would be for someone pulling a trailer.

Place is set up great especially traveling with teenagers. The down stairs bedroom gives them their own space that the whole family will love. Has everything you need just bring cloths and a happy face. Look forward to staying again!

Not for balloonists

The property was great and just as advertised. Unfortunately, we did not know about the parking limitations until after we had booked the unit. We were in Pagosa Springs for the Colorfest Balloon Rally, with a hot air balloon in a trailer pulled by a large pickup truck, and another pickup truck belonging to some of our crew. It was not possible to park the large pickup truck and balloon trailer at the unit. We wound up having to park it elsewhere. This was very inconvenient, as a minimum. Had some of our crew not been staying with us, we would have had to walk to our balloon truck every time we left the unit.

Snowmobiling and then soaking at the springs, one of our favorite ways to get away! This condo provided clean, convenient and very comfortable accommodations for the two of us. This place Is great! It’s spacious and well equipped. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to the grocery store and the highway. We saw deer on the property and a bear close to it! My only disappointment was with VRBO as their website did not include the pet fee in the total price when I booked this place through VRBO. I had to pay the pet fee to the rental company. I would stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

We spent a week at this property with our family of six and dog. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed several evening walks through the golf course and nearby lakes. The area surrounding Pagosa Lakes has a multitude of hiking trails within 20-30 minutes. Fishing was also spectacular on the San Juan River. The condo was well equipped and sparkling clean. Beds and furniture were in like-new condition and made for comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Home away from Home

We are returning guests at this fabulous property! Once again our expectations were exceeded. The property is clean, wonderful floor plan for privacy with multiple guests, terrific location, quiet, Mountain View, convenient green space out back door and very comfortable bed in Master. All necessities available for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Communication with property contact was EXCEPTIONAL! We will definitely be back again!
