The staff are very friendly and attentive and the front desk staff take their jobs seriously. They also speak English perfectly and make everyone feel welcome. "

"Across the canal from st mark square area which was nice many restaurants without all the tourists We hired a water taxi for about $50 but the public boat stop was just a short walk Highly recommend Staff was very helpful scheduling water taxi and making dinner reservations "
