"Breakfast options are plentiful and refilled in a timely manner. I ate at various times and they never seemed to run out. The best part about this property is the comfortable bed. I slept as if I were at home."

"Room dirty, water bottles under bed, crumbs all over, arrived to wet bedding on bed. They had to replace. Locks on patio door broken, did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. All kitchen items had coating of grease and grime…I used NOTHING but the fridge/freezer..yuck! Holes in furniture covers, cabinets did not close and tenant that rented next to me smoked on their deck, going right into my unit if I had patio open. I blocked the doors at night and slept with one eye open. Comfortable bed…my only positive."

"The overall home and view were wonderful! When we had a minor issue the response was not immediate and never resolved. We couldn't get the fire pit to light which was disappointing on the beautiful cool evenings. The refrigerator /freezer water filter had not been changed since 8/23, there were new filters but the one in was unable to be removed so we didn't have useable water or ice. The only other negative was limited glassware (3 water glasses and 6 juice glasses, although lots of wine glasses.) The kitchen was well equipped, and the area was beautiful and walkable to Channel Islands Marina with shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again depending on the time of year due to no air-conditioning."

"The location was spectacularly situated on a broad, beautiful stretch of beach. The sound of the waves on the beach lulled us to sleep each night. Our hosts, Lisa and Morgan checked in with us frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed."

"Oxnard was great, and we were close to the harbor, restaurants and everything we wanted. We took fun day trips to Ojai, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Ventura...It was a great time for family!"
