We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! \- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Our boys all graduated from Ole Miss in 2019\. So we all decided to come in for the Ole Miss vs. Florida game. We hosted a dinner for all our boys (and the kids that they stayed with) and some of their friends who also came in town. We pick a game once a year to do this. It is always so much fun and the guys look forward to it each year. It’s so much fun to see them all together and how close they are. This place was the perfect location and it was very clean and modern. John and Courtney at Oxford Vacation Rentals were fabulous!! They were so quick to respond to everything we texted them about or needed. I would warn that if you have 4 couples and you end up having 4 cars there- the complex only allows 3 parking spaces. (this was out of the rental company’s hands) Make sure you let John and Courtney know. They were so helpful in getting us a safe place to keep one of our cars so it wouldn’t get towed. We would definitely stay here again! John and Courtney were awesome! ##### Piya G.
