"Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"

"The cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was a great "home-base" for my husband and I. We slept great. I really enjoyed using the kerosene lamps and the woodburning stove. I would absolutely recommend it."

"Very clean with well equipped kitchen and a nice deck but very tight quarters for a group of 5, ac in living room but no fans in the tiny bedrooms, no ventilation in bathroom or kitchen, nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or beach towels. Layout assumes that people will be sharing beds. Read the fine print about pets."

"New cabins on a well manicured property. Super clean all the amenities that you can ask for. Small issue with TV but wasn't a big issue for us. I would recommend the cabin to anyone who wants to be there with family and friends."

"This was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving. Comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. We hope to return someday and enjoy paddling on the beautiful lake in addition to enjoying the lovely view. Close enough to get to restaurants and attractions but a quiet, serene setting."

"My family had a great time at the beautiful lakeside cottage. We have spent many family vacations in ME. This was one of the best. It's a great spot for multi generation family gatherings. The location was perfect. The lake is beautiful and totally serene. All the lake amenities (tubes, kayaks, float) were a huge plus. Plus the lawn, volleyball net and Zipline were perfect for extra fun. Our kids had a blast each day. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather during our week long vacation...

"Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless, had lots of windows and great views, comfortable master bed, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Owner left detailed instructions and a very helpful guide to the area. We enjoyed exploring many of the coastal towns during our stay. "Our accomodations were outstanding. Anytime you book into a pet friendly property and you are not pet owners, the uncertainty lingers until you arrive. Our stay was over the top. The property was clean and welcoming. We could not tell that a pet was ever present. This property is 5 star for anyone."
