This location is simply unbeatable! You'll be a stone's throw from Blue Mountain Village and all of its shops, restaurants, and entertaining activities. The Montera golf course is a short walk away and you'll be a short two and a half mile-drive from Northwinds Public Beach on Highway 26 and Scenic Caves. If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort!

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY with all units. When staying at your Vacasa Rivergrass rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Rivergrass Parking Lot.
Your parking passes are located just inside the front door of the unit.
Please ensure that you park one vehicle within the front row and one in the back row and both vehicles should have your parking pass displayed on your dashboard or dashboard mirror.
If you have any more than two vehicles then you shall need to locate alternate parking. Please be sure to vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is limited.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.
Any lost pool/hot tub access fobs(1) or parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/fob and/or per pass (2) which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our condos at Rivergrass are a mix of vacation properties and some residential units. We therefore request that you be respectful of others as it relates to Noise, Parking and Garbage. We therefore want to remind all of our valued Vacasa guests that we want you to enjoy the condo here at Blue and create many happy memories and that you respectfully adhere to the rules that exist within your vacation rental unit.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
