"We loved the location. House feels private at night but you have neighbors that aren't too close. So there's safety but privacy. The house was beautiful! Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in. Easy access to the 'beach front' at the lake and a short trail running beside Broad River. We enjoyed our stay! "

"The cabin was excellent, the property still had storm damage which is understandable and expected. My grandson and I enjoyed a wonderful day of fishing with the nearby DB Bar D Outfitters just 5 minutes from cabin. The weather was excellent, the inside of the cabin is beautifully finished and our guide Mike all helped make a trip a memorable one. Our hearts go out to the people in this area of NC that have been through so much since Hurricane Helene. "
