accommodates up to 10 guests with various sleeping arrangements, including a king bed,
queen bed, double bed, twin bed, and bunk bed.

Things to Know:
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal
activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No pets are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Guests’ visitors: Visitors are allowed for the day, but please notify the host (Vacasa property management) in advance and provide visitor information to access the property. External visitors are not allowed to stay overnight; they must be registered guests on your Airbnb reservation. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Pool heater: The pool can be heated at an extra charge. Please contact Vacasa ahead of your
stay to arrange for the pool heater to be turned on. Note that the pool is heated by a heat
exchanger, which operates within a certain temperature range. Extremely cold or hot weather
may affect its operation.

proceed with your reservation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
