The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also, a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. PACKAGES DELIVERY • You may send packages to the home during your stay. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. POOL HEATER: • We offer pool heating for an additional $30.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. • Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. • Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed). As a big Harry Potter-loving family, we were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and her 18th birthday. She was thrilled to arrive and explore the fun themed rooms, which exceeded our expectations! The paintings were fantastic, and everyone enjoyed choosing their rooms without any disagreements thankfully! The amenities, including the pool and clubhouse access, added to our amazing vacation.However, we did encounter some check-in challenges that could have been avoided with better communication. There was a mix-up with the final payment that resulted in us not receiving the check-in information. Upon arrival, we managed to get through security but couldn't access the house for about 45 minutes. After a long day of travel, this was a bit tough, especially since the kiddos were tired and hungry. It would have also been helpful to have more information about the house and community amenities included inside the rental, such as Wi-Fi details, clubhouse access, and garbage disposal. Having to reach out to the owner for every question was a bit inconvenient.Additionally, I’d recommend providing a few more household staples for future guests, like cookie sheets, trivets or hot pads, and measuring cups. While not everyone may need them, they would certainly be beneficial for those who do.Thank you for a lovely stay! ##### Che F.
