Not a well managed property
The only positive thing I can say about this property is that it was clean and location of the house was okay. We encountered many issues during our stay. First we had trouble getting through the gate - the property management never sent me the QR code for the gate access before arrival. Literally 15 minutes after arrival my friend’s vehicle was about to be towed because she was parked slightly over the sidewalk in the driveway. There was no where listed that a vehicle would be towed by blocking the sidewalk, it only mentioned to not park in the street. Therefore, we had to pay the new generation towing company 125. This guy was not nice at all!!!! We talked to one of the guys at the guard gate and that towing company is only allowed in there from 9a - 7p. However our incident occurred after 9:30p. You can’t use the grill unless you pay an additional fee, and if you wanted the hot tub warm that was also an additional cost. Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant stay here. I’m hoping my review helps anyone else who plans to book here in the future to avoid the issues we had.
