Beautiful property, including the beautifully landscaped Villa pool. Room was very comfortable. Mama Della’s Ristorante was charming and the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast at Trattoria del Porto was also delicious but the chafing dishes didn’t keep the food hot enough. Our waiter, Bryan, was a gem!

#### Amazing Hotel with Italian style near Universal 

Great rooms, clean quiet location with excellent Italian Rivera setting - amazing pools, quick boat access to the resorts or just 10min stroll on the safe walkway and the meal at onsite Mamas was authentic and delicious! We’ll be back

We loved our stay, family of 10 with adult children! They were so accommodating with putting rooms close together. Transportation is so reliable and every employee is so nice and professional. Our check in was seamless. This is our third stay at the Portofino and love it there!

This is the best Universal hotel in our opinion! The water taxi and bus service is superb and always available!! The club experience is worth the cost for food and beverage! We love the rooms and early park entrance! We will definitely be back!
