The pristine south facing pool and spa area has the sun all day long, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing and enjoying the sunset after a long day at the nearby Disney Parks or other major attractions.

The villa is light and decorated to a very high standard.

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area deliver a feeling of space and comfort.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite).
The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area.

For your enjoyment there is a 50” flat screen TV in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and high speed Wifi internet access.

The garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis and pool tables.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Local Amenities and Attractions
Guests have full access to the community clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool.

The villa is only a couple of minutes’ drive from Champions Gate golf complex, supermarkets and restaurants.
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away by car.

The Disney parks are 10 minutes away. Other attractions within easy reach include premium retail outlet parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive. If you like the arts then Downtown Orlando has a lot to offer.

Coastline and Beaches
One hours drive east will take you to the fabulous beaches and nature reserves of the Atlantic coastline, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral, and one hour west takes you to resorts of the Gulf Coast including Clearwater and Tampa.

The villa is superbly maintained with a property manager at hand and a local office to visit for information and assistance during your stay.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
