"Spartan at best though we purposely picked a lower price unit. Cupboards bare, no food related anything except frig and microwave and empty cupboards. I was sure we had picked the Extended Care ad with 2 beds but this was the deluxe studio with only one bed. Nothing deluxe there. But the people were nice. Old spartan facility in a luxury neighborhood."

"Very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy - right outside the room, in designated spaces. I felt quite safe (woman traveling alone). Of course it's personal preference, but I found it to be one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've had in a VRBO property. Very good stay for one night."

"This studio is very conveniently located to both Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, both of which we visited while in the area for a garden tour. I enjoyed sitting outside on the nice porch while my wife took a nap in the very comfortable bed. We were very satisfied with all aspects of this property."
