Indoor space is not shared. A couple things to consider: if you're a light sleeper like me, it will be hard to sleep. Owner lives in main house upstairs and you can hear a lot coming from upstairs at night and early in the morning. The backyard is shared and your entrance is through their backyard that they use for their dogs and accessing their shed. There's no way to completely have privacy from the used back yard (no shades in the game room or door closing off the hallway from bedroom to bathroom from outside view). Having a pool table to play a few games was fun. Sitting by the window and Watching the humming birds drinking nectar from the honey suckles was awesome. Love the view from the game room. Great for 2 people just needing a place to crash for a couple of days.The property is exactly as described and the location is great. It's in a safe neighborhood and you can easily park right out front. The owners have done an incredible job with the space; they really thought of every little detail. Communication was fantastic and the whole process was smooth. I'll definitely be back! ##### Ben W.
