Things to Know All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. We’ve stayed just about everywhere, the Phoenix condos are always so great! Friendly for all ages, especially since you gain access to the other neighboring Phoenix pools / outside areas. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedding, but Vacasa reached out and sent someone immediately! They made everything super easy from check in to checkout. Only 4 Towels/washcloths, so we had to wash them each night so they were ready for us the next day. Overall the room was okay for us but we will search for something else next time. Short walk to the beach. Our visit was in September and not in the height of the summer season so it was quiet and not crowded at all.
