« This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget. »

« There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. The grill was dirty and the whole area around the grill wasn't sweeped. And there isn't a washer or dryer in 902b maybe in 902a but neither door is label as what is what. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go. »

« Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights! The convenience to the airport and surrounding Sarasota and beaches was great. We spent time with our elderly father during the day and were happy to unwind and relax every evening. We enjoyed the restaurant on location along with the marina views and calm breezes. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The property owners were excellent with communication and attention to detail. We hope to visit again soon! »
