Well located hotel, walking distance to all Quebec City attractions and restaurants! Nice room with view out to Rue Saint Jean. There are steps up from street level to lobby, only a problem with heavy suitcases - staff do offer to assist!
Gréât sized room and Poland hot tub was ok .room service twice was fast and good food !
The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center of old Quebec City. Near to shops, cafés and restaurants. The Hotel Frontenac was in walking distance as well as the Place D'Youville and the Citadelle de Quebec. The staff was very friendly, the valet parking was easy.
Entrance on to the sidewalk somewhat tricky, but that's only because of the "oldness" of the city. I am sure that in the summer months, it is much easier to get in and out of the front door.

I proceeded to explain what had happened but I was charged for the full three days anyway. The owner told me she couldn't return my money and I was prepared to pay for the first day in question. ...
Luxurious room, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Lots of good advice for local shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to return someday.
The atmosphere was so unique. So happy that I was able to see and visit this wonderful, historic place.
