The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and induction hob to take on any meal preparation.

The open-plan living area has a table for 4, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the charming sea-view terrace with open-air dining and lounging! The apartment also offers access to a shared garden and a BBQ to round off a pleasant holiday with loved ones.

Within a few minutes walk of the apartment, there are several shops, restaurants, and cafes where visitors can sample the local cuisine and do some shopping. A short 5-minute drive away is the amazing white sand beach Spiaggia di Rena Blanca. But if you are looking for something close by, then Spiaggia di Portisco is less than a 10-minute walk from here. Portisco also enjoys a strategic location right between the famous Porto Rotondo (with the stunning Spiaggia di Ira) and Porto Cervo, both located 18 minutes drive from here. At Portisco, guests can marvel at the luxurious yachts and its picturesque harbour.

Olbia is half an hour’s drive from here and also has the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport about a 20-minute drive from this holiday home.
