There were small things like peeling paint, missing ceiling tiles, air conditioner leaking condensation, etc. The pool was really cloudy. When standing in the pool I was unable to see my feet. The staff were very nice and attentive. I can overlook the need for remodeling as long as the rooms are clean. My room was clean. The breakfast was hot and had a good variety of items. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. "
