10/10 Excellent
"Our room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The wet bar (kitchen area) was great. It was nice to not have just the bathroom sink. The pool was a little on the cool side for me, but my kids didn't mind. The hot tub was a perfect temperature. Breakfast was good both mornings. Check in and out was very easy. We will return."

Best Western Okemos/East Lansing Hotel & Suites

Best Western Okemos/East Lansing Hotel & Suites

8/10 Good
"The room was in good condition overall. The sink drain was stuck almost closed and needed some adjusting. The toilet ran after being flushed, but it turned off once you shifted the handle. The individual Keurig in the room was great for making coffee without needing to go out. The only real issue was overflowing trash cans outside and a few beer bottles on the lawn. Staff could do a better job of cleaning up around the property."
