« Great location, very close to the heart of the village. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed. Heat pumps both upstairs and downstairs made it comfortable whatever the temperature. Communication was excellent throughout. Would happily stay again. »

« The room was clean and had all the amenities as advertised. It was comfortable enough and we appreciated the great views of the bay. Per Expedia booking, expected to receive email from the host, but never did (correct email verified in the booking). Had to search through our Expedia booking to get check-in instructions. « コンドミニアム棟に泊まりましたが、正直、かなり建物は傷んでいます（廃墟といってもおかしくないくらい）。宿泊客もまばらでした。 しかし、室内はリフォームされていて、ものすごく快適。水の出方も、室内の清潔感も何一つ問題なく、過ごせました。 建物の古さや修繕ができないのは、レオパレスというよりも、観光客が遠のいているグアムそのものの問題なのでは。市街地のタモン湾から遠いという圧倒的なハンデはありますが、それだけではないような気がします。 以前、一度泊まったときの活気を取り戻してもらいたいです。 »
