This two-story property features three good sized bedrooms with a full bathroom on both floors and a hidden laundry. The modern open plan living space has a full kitchen, dining and lounge room that branches off to your private balcony. This gem is perfect for a family or couple. The local shopping strip of Ocean Grove is a short 20-meter walk from the front gate! BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, spacious wardrobe and personal reverse cycle air-conditioning.
