Located in the very heart of Ocean Grove, this modern and well equipped two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment features everything you need, surrounded by everything you could want. Positioned conveniently 100m from the main shopping strip of Ocean Grove, you will find everything within walking distance. The modern interior offers comfortable and private living spaces with everything catered for, this hidden gem is perfect for work trips, families or couples off to explore the area.

ENTRY: This luxury apartment features a private entrance on The Parade with contactless check in via lockbox on site. Your code and check in details will be sent 48 hours before check-in with local host on call to assist. Please note that you will need to collect keys to access the building and go up one flight of stairs (Or elevator) to the first floor.

PARKING: This property features a convenient designated parking space for one vehicle. Once guests have accessed their keys from the lockbox there is a remote to open the apartment complex electronic gate to drive in and park your vehicle. This area is undercover and fenced in. The building is very near the parking space (10m) and easy to access.

WIFI: Unlimited and complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features split system in the mina living area for heating and cooling. There is also fans in each bedroom, extra blankets provided.

KICTHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with: Toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso/ Pods), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.

DINING: This property does not feature a dining table but has four bar stools located at the kitchen island, please see photos for reference.

LOUNGE: Comfortable three-person couch with armchair, smart TV and stunning view of the street. Apps for Amazon Prime, HBO, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in.

BALCONY: The balcony exits off the main living area with a beautiful view of the street one story up. There is a BBQ for guest use and a outdoor dining area for 6 guests.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Please note all towels and linen are provided.

Bedroom 1 (Master) - Queen Bed, built in wardrobe, blinds and wall mounted TV. This bedroom overlooks a small courtyard located within the property of the building. There is also a connecting private ensuite (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - 2x King Single beds, blinds, built in robe with a view of The Parade (Sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1 (Master) - Connecting to the master bedroom, toilet, shower and basin.

Bathroom 2 - Connecting to the main living area, this bathroom features a toilet, basin and larger shower.

LAUNDRY: Located within a built in cupboard off the main lounge, the laundry features a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for guest use. Washing powder provided.

PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property.

MISC: With respect to our neighbors this property has a few rules:
- Required age to book is 25 years of age.
- No smoking or vaping inside this property.
- Quiet times are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- We have a strict NO PARTIES POLICY, this includes Hens, Bucks, schoolies or events.
- We welcome children but please note guests will need to climb a single stairwell from the builder entry to the first floor.
- The balcony does have a safety railing but please use caution.
- Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.
- Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
- Your local host will be on call for any guest questions or concerns during your stay, contact them via Airbnb app, text message, call or email.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors.
Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties.

You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.

Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited.
Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.

Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.

Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
